Qualifications

• Certification as a Resident Care Associate obtained and maintained.
• Continued education credits as required by state for RMA certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in safe delivery of Medication Management Program.
• Administer and record medications as prescribed by physician.
• Observe ingestion/administration and report adverse actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and logs across shifts.
• Ensure safety and confidentiality in all resident interactions.
• Provide supportive care and communicate with the Resident Care Director.
