Job summary

Commonwealth Senior Living is seeking a Registered Medication Associate (RMA) to provide high-quality, compliant medication administration and resident care.

The role requires certification as a Resident Care Associate, ongoing education, and weekend flexibility to support residents’ needs, including evenings and some weekends. This position offers full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Requires certification as a Resident Care Associate.
• Maintains continuing education credits as required by state.
• Knowledge of safe medication administration techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assists in monitoring and safe delivery of the Medication Management Program.
• Adheres to policies and state standards when administering medications.
• Administers and records medications as prescribed by the physician.
• Documents vital signs and medication updates.
• Maintains resident confidentiality and communicates with the Resident Care Director.
• Demonstrates compassion and supports residents and families.
• Performs duties listed in the Resident Care Associate job description.
