Job summary

Bethesda Health Group in Missouri is seeking a licensed practical nurse to provide basic nursing care, assess residents on admission and ongoing basis, and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, care planning, IV administration if certified, and safe delivery of medications and treatments. Eligibility includes LPN license in the state, CPR/AED and IV certification (or willing to obtain within six months); LTC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have LPN license in the state you will be working.
• CPR and AED certification required, or willing to obtain within six months of employment
• IV certification required, or willing to obtain within six months of employment

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care and assess residents on admission and ongoing basis.
• Document assessments accurately and communicate changes to the IDT and to residents' families.
• Implement nursing interventions per care plan, administer medications and treatments safely.
• Maintain documentation and participate in QAPI-driven problem resolution.
• Assist with ADLs and respond to call lights as needed.
