Job summary

Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing teams in Silver Spring, MD.

You will provide direct clinical care, administer medications, supervise care staff, and partner with RNs to support residents’ health and quality of life with a resident-first approach. Competitive pay with shift differentials for evening and night.

Qualifications

• LPN license in Maryland required.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care.
• Passion for senior care and resident advocacy.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical care within neighborhood according to nursing standards.
• Develop resident care plans and update as needed.
• Administer medications accurately per orders.
• Supervise care associates.
• Document assessments in the EMR and notify provider.
• Participate in resident outcomes meetings.
• Respond timely to residents and families.
• Engage in review of clinical indicators.
• Collaborate with RN clinical leader.
