Job summary

Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct clinical care in Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing settings. You will support health, well-being, and quality of life for residents, following nursing standards and Erickson policies.

Compensation is $32.00 per hour with additional earnings from evening and night shift differentials. We offer comprehensive benefits, onsite centers, education assistance, and growth

Qualifications

• Maryland LPN license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach.
• Assess, observe, and document residents' clinical condition and notify providers as needed.
• Update care plans reflecting changes in residents' needs.
• Supervise and lead care associates.
• Administer medications timely and accurately.
• Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
• Respond to residents and families professionally.
• Review clinical indicators such as falls, wounds, nutrition, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned by RN clinical leader.
