Job summary

Qualifications

• Maryland LPN license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical care in the neighborhood following nursing standards and Erickson policies.
• Administer medications accurately and timely.
• Assess and document residents' condition and update care plans.
• Supervise care associates and participate in resident care meetings.
• Collaborate with RN and provider as needed.
