Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living in Silver Spring, MD is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct clinical care in our Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing settings. You will assess residents, administer medications, update care plans, and supervise care associates, always aligning with nursing standards and state regulations.

We offer a competitive pay of $32.00 per hour with evening and night shift differentials, comprehensive benefits including

Qualifications

• Licensed by the State of Maryland as an LPN is required.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families with a consistent caregiver approach.
• Assess, observe, and document residents' clinical condition in the EMR and notify provider as needed.
• Update or modify care plans to reflect changes in care needs.
• Supervise and lead care associates.
• Administer medications timely and accurately per orders.
• Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
• Respond to residents and families in a timely, professional manner.
• Participate in review of clinical indicators (falls, wounds, nutrition, etc.).
• Perform other duties as assigned by the RN clinical leader.
