SCI is seeking an Inside Sales professional to serve families by arranging at-need cemetery services and selling pre-need products. The role emphasizes personalized service, lead generation, and building lasting relationships with families to generate revenue for the cemetery.

Responsibilities include prospecting, presenting solutions, coordinating with funeral directors, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. A valid driver’s license and flexible hours are required for this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of college or an equivalent of education and experience.
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales industry experience preferred.
• Current state/province issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new leads by dedicating 1–2 hours daily to lead generation.
• Present and explain products to families served and referred families.
• Respond to inquiries in a timely, respectful and professional manner.
• Build trust-based relationships to earn referrals and protect families.
• Collaborate with funeral directors, location managers and staff to ensure seamless service.
• Review past services and contacts to support current needs and sales.
