Service Corporation International is hiring a Sales Professional - Inside Sales to serve families by providing personalized cemetery and pre-need arrangements. You will generate leads, present offerings, and manage referrals while building lasting relationships with client families.

The role requires evening/weekend availability and frequent driving to meet families. You’ll work with funeral home and cemetery staff to ensure seamless service and maintain detailed records for follow-up and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass internal certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads daily (min 1–2 hours).
• Present and explain offerings to families and referrals.
• Maintain activity logs to track productivity and performance.
• Build trust-based relationships and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
