Qualifications

• Must have customer service or sales experience (1–2 years preferred).
• Must pass internal presentation certification within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license; insurance license if required by state.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads (1–2 hours daily).
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Build trust-based relationships to encourage referrals.
• Collaborate with funeral directors and staff to ensure seamless service.
