You will provide nursing assessments, plan patient care, and ensure quality of life for patients and families in a compassionate setting.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Carolina.
• 1 year of hospital or long-term care nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hospice services per physician orders and patient plans.
• Serve as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) and attend meetings.
• Document nursing care for regulatory and billing compliance.
• Supervise Hospice Aide care and CNA schedules as needed.
• Report occupational exposures per hospice policies and procedures.
