Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a nursing degree and be licensed as an RN in SC.
• Minimum 1 year of hospital, long-term care, or related nursing experience preferred.
• Hospice experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to supervise aides and coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct hospice services per physician orders and patient plan.
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team meetings.
• Document nursing care for accurate billing and reporting.
• Supervise Hospice Aide care and CNA schedules.
• Report occupational exposures per policies.
