Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current state certification as a nurse assistant (CNA).
• CNA experience within the last two years.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care services to patients.
• Observes, reports, and documents changes in patient status.
• Assists with ambulation, transfers, and daily activities.
• Plans and prepares nutritious meals and assists with feeding.
• Performs homemaking and environmental tasks as assigned.
• Follow nurse instructions and assist with prescribed exercises.
• Performs simple urine tests as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.
