Job summary

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Current state certification (or registration) as a nurse assistant.
- CNA experience required within the last two years.
- Current CPR certification is necessary.
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Provides personal care services to patients.
- Plans and prepares nutritious meals.
- Observes, reports, and documents any changes in patient's status.
- Follows specific care instructions from a registered nurse.
- Assists with prescribed exercises as instructed.
