Job summary

Affinity Hospice is seeking a compassionate hospice aide (CNA) to provide in-home care under the supervision of a registered nurse. You will observe, report, and document patient care while supporting comfort and daily living activities.

Responsibilities include personal care, safety monitoring, and assistance with activities such as bathing, feeding, and mobility. Flexible hours with weekend rotation may be required to meet patient needs.

• Strong observation and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under supervision in home care settings.
