Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking Hospice Nursing Aides to assist with personal care tasks and support families caring for terminally ill patients. You will work under the supervision of RNs to ensure patient comfort and safety.

The role requires a CNA certificate and active nurse aide registry status, with basic tech skills to operate mobile devices in a home health setting. A caring, compliant approach is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year full-time direct client care in an institutional setting (hospital or nursing facility) or one year in home health/hospice in the last five years.
• Must be registered and in good standing on the nurse aide registry in the state of employment.
• Basic technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care such as changing bedding, clothing, bathing and hygiene routines for hospice patients.
• Support nursing staff by communicating patient progression and families' needs to supervising RNs.
