Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a state approved certified nursing assistant course or equivalent training.
• Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC).
• CPR certification (hands-on demonstration required).

• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care tasks after assignment and report to Case Manager if unable.
• Communicate with patients and families with confidentiality and respect.
• Ensure patient safety and proper use of equipment.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, and linen changes as assigned.
• Document care provided and observe for changes in condition.
