Ohio Living is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide to join our interdisciplinary team under a registered nurse supervision. You will provide end-of-life care, assist with personal hygiene, comfort measures, and support to patients and families in accordance with the plan of care.

The role involves assisting with mobility, nutritional support, documentation in the electronic medical record, and rotating shifts including weekends and holidays as needed. CNA certification and Ohio license required.

Qualificações

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Two years experience as CNA or home health aide preferred.
• Licensed CNA in Ohio required to practice.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, oral hygiene) per plan.
• Support psychosocial needs of patient and family.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning as directed.
• Assist with feeding and nutrition as needed.
• Document observations in the electronic medical record per policy.
