Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Home Healthcare Intake & Insurance Verification. You will be the frontline for patients and referral sources, handling intake, verifying insurance, and coordinating durable medical equipment and respiratory services.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. On-site work with potential on-call duties and local travel is expected.

Qualifications

• General education or equivalent required; multiple pathways acceptable.
• Familiarity with insurance verification and reimbursement is a plus.
• Experience in home healthcare or patient intake preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Serve as first point of contact for patients and referral sources.
• Verify insurance coverage (Medicare/Medicaid/private payers).
• Coordinate intake and service setup for equipment and respiratory services.
• Maintain accurate records and logs; ensure timely responses.
• Collaborate with external agencies to resolve patient issues.
• Support walk-in and retail equipment requests; provide technical help.
