Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for Home Healthcare Intake and Insurance Verification.

You will be the first point of contact for patients and referral sources, ensuring accurate intake, insurance qualification, and coordination of durable medical equipment and respiratory services. The role requires excellent communication, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Background check and drug screen as applicable.
• Compliance with credentialing processes where applicable.
• Valid driver's license in resident state with clean record when required.
• Education/experience as needed by regulatory or contract terms.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for patients and referral sources.
• Verify insurance coverage (Medicare, Medicaid, private payers).
• Coordinate intake and service setup for respiratory products and equipment.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, and internal teams to resolve inquiries.
• Prepare documentation including CMNs, invoices, and delivery paperwork.
• Support office operations and assist with in-house processes as needed.
