THE VILLAGES REHAB is seeking a part-time Receptionist to welcome residents, families, visitors, and staff at the front desk. You will manage calls, direct inquiries, and support administrative tasks while upholding privacy.

The role emphasizes professional customer service, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance within a skilled nursing facility located in Lady Lake, FL. The schedule varies across morning, afternoon, and some full-day shifts.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous receptionist, customer service, or healthcare office experience preferred.
• Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, assisted living, or skilled nursing preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist residents, visitors, families, vendors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls promptly.
• Maintain visitor sign-in procedures and facility security protocols.
• Provide information regarding facility services, visiting hours, and resident locations.
• Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Assist with clerical tasks including filing, copying, scanning, and data entry.
