Lake Worth Rehabilitation is seeking a friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our healthcare team in Florida. You will greet visitors, check in family members and vendors, answer phones, and direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts.

The role requires strong organization, multitasking, and excellent customer service. We offer a full-time or part-time dayshift (9am–5pm), competitive pay, benefits, and room to grow within a caring culture.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior receptionist/administrative experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills to navigate Windows and internet programs.

Mansioni

• Greet and check in visitors, family members and vendors.
• Answer main phone line and direct calls.
• Maintain the directory and office files.
• Assist applicants with employment documents and coordinate interviews.
• Support center with timely communications.
