Job summary

Everstory Partners in Wichita, KS is seeking a Sales Counselor to help families navigate funeral and cemetery decisions with compassion. You will sell pre-need and at-need services, build a pipeline from inbound leads, walk-ins, referrals, and community outreach, and guide customers through purchases.

This role requires relationship-building, consultative selling, and the ability to manage multiple leads while using HubSpot CRM; you’ll participate in events and coordinate with local teams to

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of sales-related experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Comfortable in a commission-based, performance-driven environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and appointments.
• Willingness to travel locally for community outreach.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to assess needs and advise on products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, and related merchandise.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline through inbound leads, referrals, and networking.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and walk-in opportunities; follow up with prospects.
• Guide customers through purchasing decisions and complete contracts.
• Use HubSpot to track leads, appointments, and sales activity.
• Participate in community events and coordinate with local teams for a positive experience.
