Job summary

Everstory Partners in Wichita, KS seeks a Sales Counselor to help families make informed funeral and cemetery decisions. This full-time role blends consultative sales, B2C outreach, and community engagement to grow the business through compassionate guidance.

You will meet clients, present options, build a pipeline from leads and referrals, and track activity in HubSpot CRM. Earnings are commission-based with potential uncapped income and a paid training period.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of sales or relationship-based experience preferred.
• CRM experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, customer-focused.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays as needed.
• Must have valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to assess needs and propose funeral and cemetery products.
• Sell pre-need and at-need services and related merchandise.
• Build a sales pipeline via inbound leads, referrals, and community outreach.
• Manage customer relationships and follow up using HubSpot CRM.
• Attend services and partner with funeral home and location teams.
