Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor to assist families with funeral selections and accompany them through services. You will sell pre-need and at-need offerings along with cemetery services, property, and merchandise.

Leads come from walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting. The role requires driving to meetings, strong communication, and a compassionate approach to clients during a difficult time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for offsite client meetings.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) and CRM systems required.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist families with funeral selections and attend services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and inventory, cemetery services, property and merchandise.
• Generate leads through walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting.
• Follow up with clients and coordinate with support teams to ensure seamless service.
