Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor to assist families with funeral selections and to sell pre-need and at-need services and related inventory. You’ll handle cemetery services, property, and merchandise while generating leads from walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive outreach.

Training pay is $18.00 per hour for 6 weeks, with uncapped commissions and earnings. Estimated first-year earnings range is $40,000–$60,000, reflecting performance and market activity.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required with some additional education preferred in related areas such as Business, Marketing, and/or Sales.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided.

Responsibilities

• Sells pre-need and at-need funeral services and inventory, as well as cemetery services, property and merchandise.
• Assists families with funeral selections and attends services.
• Leads are generated through walk-ins, inbound calls and proactive lead generation and prospecting.
