Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor to help families navigate funeral and cemetery decisions with compassionate guidance. You will combine consultative B2C sales, lead generation, and community outreach to build lasting relationships, manage leads in HubSpot CRM, and drive commissions based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and recommend appropriate funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, memorialization products, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers through lead generation, referrals, networking and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities; follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers, families, and community members.
