Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor to support individuals and families in making informed funeral and cemetery decisions. The role emphasizes consultative, B2C sales with uncapped commissions or a guaranteed minimum hourly rate, plus paid training in the first six weeks.

You'll build a sales pipeline from inbound leads, walk-ins, referrals, and outreach, meeting with clients to understand needs and guide purchasing decisions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus, particularly in Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog/Filipino, Vietnamese, or Arabic.
• One year of experience in sales or other relationship-based roles preferred.
• Experience using CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
• Comfortable in a commission-based, performance-driven sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through leads, referrals, networking, and outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads, inquiries, and walk-in opportunities.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and community members.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, appointments, and sales opportunities.
