Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a full-time sales professional in Twinsburg, OH, to guide individuals and families through funeral and cemetery product options. You will build a robust sales pipeline via leads, referrals, and community outreach, while meeting monthly targets and maintaining relationships.

The role offers uncapped commissions or a guaranteed minimum hourly rate, plus a six-week paid training period. Local travel and occasional evenings/weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience preferred (outside sales, B2C, sales consulting, customer service, business development, or related roles).
• CRM experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or similar platforms preferred.
• Willingness to work in a commission-based, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, and memorialization products.
• Build a pipeline through inbound leads, walk-ins, referrals, networking, and outreach.
• Respond to inquiries and follow up with prospects through the sales process.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and the community.
• Explain products, pricing and options clearly and compassionately.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, appointments, and sales opportunities.
