Job summary

Everstory Partners seeks a Sales Counselor to help individuals and families make thoughtful funeral and cemetery decisions with care. The role blends consultative B2C sales, business development, lead generation, and community outreach to build strong client relationships and grow new business.

Responsibilities include guiding families through purchases, maintaining a HubSpot-driven workflow, and meeting sales targets through inbound and outbound activity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency a plus, especially Spanish and Chinese or other languages.
• One year of sales-related experience preferred.
• Experience using CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, memorialization products, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through lead generation, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and inquiries; follow up with prospects throughout the sales process.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and community members.
• Explain products, pricing, options clearly and compassionately; guide purchasing decisions.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, appointments, and sales opportunities.
