Job summary

Everstory Partners in Libertyville, IL seeks a Sales Counselor to guide families through funeral and cemetery product decisions with care and clarity. You will build a robust sales pipeline via leads, referrals, and community outreach, while using HubSpot CRM to track activity and close contracts.

We offer uncapped commissions, paid training, and a supportive team devoted to compassionate service. This is a full-time, in-person role requiring flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• CRM experience (HubSpot or similar) preferred.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend products.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline via lead generation, referrals, and outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities, and follow up throughout the sales process.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, activities, and opportunities.
