Job summary

Everstory Partners in Michigan is hiring a Sales Counselor to guide families through funeral service choices, pre-need and at-need options, and cemetery products. You will meet clients, present packages, and help finalize arrangements in a compassionate, respectful manner.

You will generate leads from walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive outreach, with earnings from salary plus uncapped commissions. Training pay of $18.00 per hour for six weeks supports ramp-up.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related studies preferred.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Willingness to work holidays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and merchandise.
• Assist families with selections and attend services.
• Generate leads via walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting.
