Job summary

Everstory Partners in Michigan seeks a Sales Counselor to help families make funeral and cemetery decisions with care. You will combine consultative B2C sales, relationship-building, and community outreach to grow the business and earn commissions.

You’ll manage leads in HubSpot, guide purchasing decisions, and attend local events. The role includes paid training, a guaranteed minimum hourly rate if applicable, and potential for first-year earnings of $45,000–$65,000 depending on performance.

Qualifications

• One year of sales-related experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up activities.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and guide product choices.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and related products.
• Develop a sales pipeline through inbound leads, referrals, and outreach.
• Maintain relationships and track opportunities using HubSpot CRM.
• Complete required contracts and documentation.
