Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• CRM experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Dynamics preferred.
• Comfortable in a commission-based, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to assess needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need services and related merchandise.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline through leads, referrals, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct follow-ups throughout the sales process.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, appointments, and opportunities.
