Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor in Hamilton, OH to help families choose funeral and cemetery products with compassionate guidance. You will manage a pipeline, follow up on leads, and build lasting relationships while navigating HubSpot CRM.

The role emphasizes consultative B2C sales, community outreach, and collaboration with local funeral home and cemetery teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of sales or related relationship-based experience preferred.
• Experience using CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or similar).
• Comfortable in commission-based, performance-driven sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and advise on funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Build a sales pipeline through inbound leads, walk-ins, referrals, prospecting, networking, and outreach.
• Maintain customer relationships and track leads and activities in HubSpot CRM.
• Guide families through purchasing decisions and complete required sales contracts.
