Job summary

Rose Hill Burial Park in Ashland, KY seeks a Sales Counselor to guide families in funeral and cemetery decisions with empathy and consultative sales. You will sell pre-need and at-need services, build a robust pipeline, and respond to inbound inquiries while maintaining relationships with the community.

You’ll manage leads in HubSpot, collaborate with funeral home and cemetery teams, and work in a commission-driven, customer-focused environment that emphasizes compassionate service and trust.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer-facing sales experience preferred (B2C/outside sales).
• CRM experience with HubSpot or similar required.
• Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to assess needs and advise on funeral and cemetery products.
• Sell pre-need and at-need services and related merchandise.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline via leads, referrals, networking.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up with prospects.
• Use HubSpot to track leads and opportunities.
