Job summary

Service Corporation International is seeking an outbound sales Associate to generate leads, present family services, and build trusted relationships with client families in Hickory, NC. You will collaborate with funeral directors and location staff to deliver high-quality, compassionate support and drive referrals for pre-need and at-need offerings.

The role requires strong customer service, communication, and empathy, with flexible hours including some evenings/weekends and the ability to work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain an insurance license where required.
• Pass the company’s internal presentation certification within 30 days of hire.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and ability to build relationships with families.
