Responsibilities

• Build relationships with families: respond to inquiries, listen, understand needs, provide value, stay in touch for satisfaction.
• Teamwork: collaborate with funeral directors and staff to provide seamless service and review past contacts.
• Education/licensing: maintain driver’s license and insurance license if required by state.
