S.E. Combined Services of Florida seeks a Family Service Counselor to assist client families with cemetery and pre-need planning, delivering compassionate, personalized service.

You will lead generation, build relationships with families, coordinate appointments, and collaborate with staff to ensure seamless service and revenue growth.

Requirements include a high school diploma and ability to work evenings/weekends; compensation ranges from $50,000 to $100,000 with performance-based earnings.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of college or an equivalent of education and experience.
• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Current state driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Generation: prospecting a minimum of 1–2 hours daily; obtain referrals; network with community.
• Build Relationships with Families: respond to inquiries; listen and communicate with families; assess needs and offer value.
• Teamwork: collaborate with funeral directors, location managers, and staff to deliver high quality service; support current needs and sales.
