Service Corporation International is seeking a Family Service Counselor to assist families with at-need cemetery arrangements and pre-need plans. The role centers on delivering exemplary personalized service while driving revenue and serving as the primary contact for families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of college or equivalent education/experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead generation and prospecting for new families.
• Obtain referrals from families served by the location.
• Network and build community relationships.
• Explain and present services to families; conduct presentations.
• Maintain activity logs to ensure productivity and follow up on inquiries.
• Develop understanding of each family’s needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Prepare for appointments and follow through on requests.
• Build trust-based relationships to earn referrals and protect families.
