Job summary

R1 RCM is hiring a Patient Access Representative at Ascension Dell Children’s Medical Center in Austin, TX. You’ll be the first point of contact, registering patients, verifying information, and guiding families through the check-in process in a fast-paced hospital setting.

You’ll collaborate with care teams, manage insurance details, collect co-pays, and provide cost estimates while delivering compassionate, accurate service during urgent moments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in patient access or front desk is a plus but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
