Job summary

EverTrue is seeking a Dining Service Associate to perform dining service tasks, assist with meal set up, prepare beverages and salads, serve residents, and keep dining areas clean and sanitary.

You will follow food safety procedures, record temperatures and waste in HACCP logs, and cooperate with staff to deliver meals on time. Previous dining experience is preferred; vaccination may be required by local health regulations; generous PTO and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in dining service preferred.
• Ability to read recipes and diet orders.
• Willingness to perform routine tasks.
• Patient and tolerant with staff and residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform defined dining service routines using utensils and equipment.
• Assist with dining room setup and catering events; prepare beverages and salads.
• Serve meals to residents and ensure correct temperatures.
• Assist with cleaning, bussing, stocking, and storage of items.
• Receive and store food and supplies.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards.
• Maintain HACCP records for temperatures, usage, and waste.
• Adhere to infection control and wear protective clothing as required.
