Job summary

EverTrue is seeking a Dining Service Associate to perform dining room set‑ups, serve residents, and maintain clean, sanitary dining areas. You will assist with meal prep, beverages, salads, and desserts while ensuring foods are served hot and on time.

Responsibilities include cleaning duties, stock management, receiving supplies, and following safety and infection-control procedures. Previous dining service experience is preferred, with potential vaccine requirements based on location.

Qualifications

• Previous dining service experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow recipe instructions and diet orders.
• Willingness to perform routine tasks with interruptions.
• Must be patient and tolerant with staff, residents, and family members.
• Willing to receive a Hepatitis A vaccine if required by local health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform defined dining service routines using utensils, supplies, and equipment.
• Assist with dining service setup in dining rooms and at events, including beverages and salads.
• Assist with dining room setup, tables, buffets, and serving residents.
• Help with cleaning duties and ensure dining areas meet standards.
• Assist in receiving and storing food and supplies.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards or incidents immediately.
• Maintain HACCP logs and record product usage and waste amounts.
• Follow infection control procedures and proper protective equipment usage.
