EverTrue seeks a Dining Service Associate to support dining operations, ensure meals are served safely and on time, and maintain clean dining environments. You will assist with set-up, food preparation under recipes, and resident service in a respectful, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities include temperature checks, cleaning, stocking, and adhering to HACCP and infection-control protocols. This role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and cooperation with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Previous dining service experience preferred.
• Able to read, understand, and follow recipe instructions, diet orders, and resident preferences.
• Willingness to perform routine tasks with frequent interruptions.
• Patient and tolerant with staff, residents, and family members.
• Willing to receive a Hepatitis A vaccine if required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Performs defined work routines using dining service utensils, supplies, and equipment as assigned.
• Assists with dining service set-up in dining rooms and at events, prepares beverages, salads, desserts and other items per recipes, ensuring proper temperatures and timely service.
• Assists with dining room setup, setting tables, stocking buffets, and serving residents.
• Performs cleaning duties and maintains dining areas per policies and standards (bussing, sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, taking out trash, stocking items).
• Assists in receiving and storing food and supplies.
• Follows safety procedures and reports hazards or incidents to supervisor.
• Keeps HACCP logs, records product usage and waste, and documents required information.
• Follows infection control procedures and uses protective gear as needed.
