Job summary

EverTrue is seeking a Dining Service Associate to perform a range of dining service tasks, keep dining areas clean, and assist with food prep as needed.

You will set up dining rooms, serve residents, maintain HACCP records, follow safety protocols, and support with inventory and cleaning. Prior dining service experience preferred; willingness to perform routine tasks and work with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Previous dining service experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow recipe instructions and diet orders.
• Willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks with frequent interruptions.
• Must be patient and tolerant with staff, residents, and family members.

Responsibilities

• Performs defined work routines using dining service utensils and equipment.
• Assists with dining service set-up in dining rooms and at events.
• Assists with dining room set up, stocking buffets, and serving residents.
• Cleans and maintains dining service areas per policies, including bussing tables and dishwashing.
• Receives and stores food and supplies.
• Follows safety procedures and reports hazards or incidents.
• Maintains documentation such as HACCP logs and usage records.
• Follows infection control procedures and uses protective equipment when handling waste.
