Job summary

EverTrue is seeking a Dietary Aide to support dining services in our skilled nursing and memory care areas. You will assist residents with meal selections, follow diet restrictions, and help prepare and serve meals while maintaining sanitary dining areas.

Responsibilities include setting up dining rooms, cleaning duties, HACCP record-keeping, and strict adherence to infection control procedures. Prior dietary aide experience preferred; certification in food safety encouraged.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow recipe instructions, diet orders, resident preference cards.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with food and beverage choices respecting dietary orders.
• Perform dining service routines with utensils and supplies.
• Set up dining areas, prepare meals and beverages, ensure proper serving temperatures.
• Prepare dining rooms for meals and maintain clean dining spaces.
• Help with cleanup, bussing tables, washing dishes, and restocking supplies.
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards promptly.
• Maintain HACCP logs and track usage and waste.
• Adhere to infection control procedures and protective equipment guidelines.
