Job summary

EverTrue is seeking a Dining Service Associate to support dining services for residents, ensuring meals are prepared and served safely and on time. The role includes setting up dining areas, assisting with food items, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with policies.

The position requires attention to hygiene, ability to read recipes and diet orders, and a patient, team-oriented attitude toward staff, residents, and families. Vaccination may be required per local regulations.

Qualifications

• Prior dining service experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow recipe instructions and diet orders.
• Willingness to perform routine tasks with interruptions.
• Patient and tolerant with residents, staff and families.
• Vaccination may be required where applicable by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform defined dining service routines using utensils and equipment.
• Assist with dining service set-up and serving, including beverages and salads.
• Assist with dining room set up, buffets, and resident service.
• Clean and maintain dining areas, bussing tables, sweeping, mopping, dishes.
• Receive and store food and supplies.
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards or incidents immediately.
• Maintain HACCP logs and document product usage and waste.
• Follow infection control practices and PPE guidelines.
