Qualifications

• CNA certification required or in process with state board.
• Experience with long-term care and daily living activities preferred.
• Continuing education credits minimum 12 hours annually.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, bathing, eating and hygiene.
• Support transfers, positioning and mobility using proper techniques.
• Record vital signs and document care and outcomes in the chart.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to the charge nurse.
