Job summary

The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society is seeking a Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide resident-centered care in a long-term care setting. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support the nursing team under RN supervision.

Active CNA certification is required, with facility-provided training where applicable. Aged 16+ and prior long-term care experience are advantages; flexible shifts and daily earnings access are offered.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required and will be provided by facility in some cases.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Minimum age 16 and high school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
• Record vital signs and document care and events accurately.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff and ensure infection prevention practices.
