Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in MO/IL
• Enrollment or eligibility for PA Nurse Aide Registry within 120 days of training completion

Responsibilities

• Maintains residents’ comfort; provides ADL care per scope; responds to call lights and reports observations.
• Supports residents’ personal care needs and promotes independence.
• Observes residents to identify changing needs and reports to nurse.
• Participates in residents’ care/service plans to improve lives.
• Assists residents during meals and feeds those needing full assistance.
• Builds meaningful relationships with residents and families with compassion.
• Supports residents’ involvement in daily activities and decision making.
• Assists with therapies and treatments under licensed staff.
• Documents care in clinical records.
• Keeps environment clean and safe.
